Coordination and introductory meeting with the Nepal Youth Council

On the 17th of March 2023, the team of the NFWLHA – Program Manager, Youth Program officer, and Advocacy officer had a Coordination and Introductory meeting with Nepal Youth Council. The purpose of the visit is to have a good rapport building with the Nepal youth council and address the issues of youth living with HIV and AIDS and also submitted national youth 2072 policy revision letter to Mr. Surendra Basnet (Vice-president of the Nepal Youth Council). Mr. Surendra Basnet, vice-president of the Nepal Youth Council, expressed concern for youth people living with HIV and their issues, and he acknowledged the team's input and revised recommendations on national youth policy. Additionally, Mr. Basnet suggested to take a process for membership in the Nepal youth council.
